	Experimental Protocols Embryo Medium Embryonic Ganglia Luria Broth 50x TAE Antibody Staining Pond Water			Preparation of 50x TAE Kimberly Yu, Oct. 13, 2004 Final working solution:    pH: ~8.5    40mM Tris.acetate    2mM Na2EDTA.2H2O In a 300ml Beaker, add 37.2g Na-EDTA (FW 372.24g). Add Millipore water until total volume is approximately 250 mL. Stir with stirbar, low/medium heat may be required. In a 1000 mL Nalgene beaker, add 242g Tris Base. Add Millipore water until total volume is approximately 300 mL. Stir. Add 57.1 mL (FW 60.05) glacial acetic acid (measure in hood). Stir. Add the Na-EDTA mixture (including stir bar). Bring total volume to 1,000 mL (1 L) using Millipore water. Stir until completely dissolved. Solution should be clear.
